Electric Fence Making Clicking Noise

I suggest walking the fence line when it is very dark to look for a small glowing arc. An electric fence can generate radio noise even if it is in otherwise good working order. Frozen soil will also hinder the operation of your fence. This noise is not normal however and it almost always can be corrected. Please be aware of the problems that can be caused by electric fences and think of your neighbours.
